FARM USA and Meatout Mondays

Dear Readers, I want to bring your attention to a worthwhile and inspiring organization called Farm Animal Rights Movement, or FARM USA. They are "a national nonprofit organization promoting a vegan lifestyle through public education and grassroots activism to end the use of animals for food." For the last 35 years, they have been bringing awareness to the public through events like The Great American Meatout, and Gentle Thanksgiving. But, the main reason to check out the FARM USA website is that they will be publishing some of my recipes in their weekly Monday Meatout Newsletter.
